macOS Sequoia 15.3 beta brings Genmoji to the Mac, giving Mac users the ability to use custom emojis for the first time. Genmoji was included in iOS 18.2 and iPadOS 18.2, but it wasn't available in the macOS 15.2 update.

With Genmoji, Mac users can enter text prompts to create custom emojis that behave just like emoji on devices running iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, macOS Sequoia 15.1, and later. On earlier versions of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, as well as Android devices, Genmoji appears as an image.
Users can add Genmoji from the emoji panel on their keyboard, which can be activated by using the Control + Command + Space keyboard shortcut in apps such as Memo or by clicking the emoji icon in the message.
Genmoji is a feature of Apple Intelligence that works on all Macs with Apple Silicon chips.
